Helpful Tips

If you are making biscuits or some other type of dough that you need to cut butter into, just grate the butter into the flour with a grater. Make sure that after you grate a little you cover the butter with flour so that it doesn't clump. It also helps to stick the butter in the freezer so that it is easier to grate.
